Debi Elder

Qualified from Addenbrooke’s, Cambridge in 1985 as a Chartered Physiotherapist and has worked in the USA and England. Has British and American qualifications having passed the American Licenced Physical Therapist exams in 1989. She has also recently qualified as a physiotherapist in France ('Kinesitherapeute').
She completed a 2 year Post-graduate Diploma in Sports Physiotherapy and then established the Bicester Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic in 1990. She is qualified to give acupuncture and is a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP) .She is a past Regional Officer representing private physiotherapists for Physiofirst and is also an Expert Witness specialising in orthopaedic physiotherapy.


Valerie Richens

Qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist from St Mary’s Hospital London in 1987. She undertook specialist training in manual and manipulative therapy during 1994-96 and has worked in private practice as a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist since 1997. She has also worked with neurosurgeons and neurologists treating spinal pain and headache patients.


Jane Callaway

Qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist at Leeds University in 1993. She has worked with musculoskeletal pain and injuries since 1995 and completed her MSc in Sports Physiotherapy in 2004. She has an interest in rowing related injuries having previously worked with GB rowing for 6 years. She is also able to use acupuncture.

Sarah Chambers

Sarah qualified in 1992 from Birmingham. after 3 years in the NHS, moved to a busy private hospital in London, specialising in musculoskeletal conditions.. She teaches Clinical Pilates (fully Certified matwork instructor with APPI), both in classes and in 1:1 sessions. She also has a specialist interest in Occupational Health and Ergonomics, qualified both a Back Care Advisor and Risk Assessor.


Sarah Baker

Sarah qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 1995 and has worked in the NHS, private hospitals and in private practice. She has specialist training in Women's Health and is able to treat stress and urge incontinence. She has over 10 years experience in using acupuncture. She is a member of the AACP and teaches clinical Pilates (fully certified matwork instructor with the APPI). Sarah can do a home visit if this is necessary.


Niall Malone

Niall qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen in 2013. He has worked in both NHS and private hospitals across the South East of England specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy over the last 3 years.  Niall is also qualified to give acupuncture.

Niall believes in empowering patients to manage their conditions/injuries as independently as possible. He therefore selects treatments from a range of options including manual therapy, acupuncture, Pilates, taping techniques and exercise therapy. 


Gisela Payne

Gisela has been qualified since 2000 and regularly attends at international events both in the UK and abroad including the World Triathlon Championships. She is also a tutor for The London School of Sports Massage, both in London and Southampton. She is qualified in Clinical Pilates and Exercise Rehabilitation.
